Shipping & Orders

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your shades! We offer a 30-day return or exchange window. If you aren't satisfied, you can request a pre-paid shipping label through our Customer Portal.

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Manufacturer’s Defect Lifetime Warranty covers any issues related to the build of the product, such as frame coating defects, malfunctioning hinges, or chipped paint. Note: Lens scratches and general breakage from use are typically not considered manufacturer defects.

What is the "Wear & Tear" Protection?

Accidents happen! If you lose or break your sunglasses within 12 months of purchase, our Wear & Tear Warranty gives you a 50% discount on a replacement pair. This offer can be used up to twice in a 12-month period. (A flat $8 shipping fee applies to warranty claims).

What is the warranty for photochromic lenses?

Photochromic products are honored under a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

Product & Technical

What are "Photochromic" lenses?

Photochromic lenses automatically darken when exposed to UV light (sunlight) and return to clear when indoors. They are perfect for transitioning between different lighting conditions throughout the day.

Note: They typically do not darken inside cars because most windshields have UV coatings.

Are your sunglasses safety rated?

Many of our styles, including the Midway and Liberator, are ANSI Z87.1 Safety Rated, making them ideal for tactical use, motorcycling, and high-impact activities. Look for the "Z87" mark on the product pages.

What materials do you use?

We use high-grade materials designed for performance, including:

  • Lenses: Shatterproof Polycarbonate and TAC Polarized lenses.

Frames: Lightweight Polycarbonate and flexible TR90 polymer plastic.

How do I find my frame size?

Check the product description for specific dimensions (Temple Width, Arm Length, Lens Height). Most of our frames are designed with a "one size fits all" or "universal fit" approach using flexible materials and rubberized nose pads for comfort.
